Do I need to be present when the work is done?No, you do not need to be at the property for any exterior work. For any interior work, we will just need someone to give us access or provide access information for the home or business. We will contact you during the job if we have any questions.

Do I need to do anything before the cleaning?Not much! If there is anything restricting access to the areas that need to be cleaned, we'd appreciate you clearing the way. Other than that, we do a full assessment upon arrival and make sure we communicate any needs with you upfront. If you have anything valuable near your home, we recommend moving it just to make sure it isn’t harmed in the process.

May I request a specific time?We do our best to accommodate a specific time. However, it is based on our schedule. We will communicate your arrival window with a series of confirmations.

If I have used your services in the past, are you able to access that information in your system and provide the same service?Yes, we keep the history of all our jobs and can look up the services that were previously performed for you. We cannot guarantee that pricing will be the same, so please request an updated quote on the services you are looking for.

Do you have to schedule a walkthrough before the service?Yes, you do need an appointment for a walkthrough. We will need access to the interior of your home or business to give you the most accurate pricing. Your complete quote will be emailed to you shortly after the walkthrough.

What happens if there are bad weather conditions on the day of my service?Depending upon the severity of the weather, your services may be cancelled. Should we determine that weather conditions require rescheduling, you will be notified. The safety of our employees and your property is of the upmost importance.

What will S&H Cleaning not clean?For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans.

Do I need to provide supplies?Nope – we provide all of our own supplies and equipment.

What if I'm not happy with my service?At S&H Cleaning, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please let us know withing 24 hours of the cleaning appointment and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Is tipping expected?Tipping is entirely optional, but very much appreciated by our cleaning team.

How is the price of my service determined?Your price depends on the size of your home or business, your frequency, and whatever add-on services you choose to include.

What is the cancellation policy?We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a fee.

We understand that each client has unique needs and budgets, so we offer personalized quotes based on the size of the property, the type of cleaning service required, and the frequency of the cleaning.
